A Hickory in full yellow at sunrise at the Gideon Ridge Inn. The brilliant yellow only lasts a few days. There were predictions of a short and rather dull fall leaf season this year. But this year has been great. Warm weather is about to end. Some rain is coming. Looking forward to favorite month, November.
